1. Have a sore throat? Eat a cucumber.

2. When making cookies, replace the butter with avocado. It tastes no different, and is healthier for you.

3. Eating grapes improves your brains ability to process new information.

4. Stress relieving foods: Bananas, pasta, almonds, grapes, green tea, oatmeal, chocolate, watermelon,  orange juice, cornflakes, and tuna.
